Brothers on the Rise (BOTR) struggled with paper applications and little to no idea as to who they were serving and how to “wow!” current donors and attract new ones. GGS has developed a customized data system to digitize BOTR records and streamline their reporting processes.

Oakland Mobily Mayor was one of the first initiatives GGS was contracted to orchestrate and bring to life a long-time-in-planning Oakland’s Mayor vision to bring city hall to the residents in various neighborhoods. GGS designed processes, materials, data system, and reporting of this project that to this day is very popular with Oakland residents.

A local real estate broker firm has been using paper forms to capture clients’ preferences which made the process slower and unpractical to track customers’ preferences to better address their needs. GGS has developed an easy-to-follow survey to capture information which the firm can use to better serve their clients.
